Q: Will my group be the only one playing?
A: Generally, no. If you happen in on a slow time where there are few people playing, is possible. Otherwise, you will have other players in your game. It’s more efficient, and gives you more targets!

Q: I do not know how to play laser tag. Is that a problem?
A: Not at all! Read the equipment page and before your visit page and you can get a good idea as to how things work. A briefing video will be shown in the lobby for anyone to watch. It covers how to play, how to use the equipment, and what the rules are. When you purchase your ticket, we will send you to the Briefing Room. There, we will review the rules and answer any questions you may have. If there is anything that is not clear to you, please do ask questions!

Q: What should I wear to play laser tag?
A: Wear comfortable clothes (jeans and a t-shirt are great) and comfortable athletic-type shoes. Shoes that slide on or have high heels are strongly discouraged. Cleats and roller-shoes are prohibited. Please do not wear face/body paint or neon/blacklight hairspray/gel. These substances rub off onto the equipment, and then onto the next player's clothes.

Q: How does the 1-hour pass work?
A: Each person with a 1-hour pass wears a wristband which has the expiration time on it. It is similar to an amusement park ride. You get a ticket at the front counter, play your game, then come out and get your score sheet. At this time, you may get a ticket for the next available game, which reserves your position “in line”. Repeat this process for up to 1 hour. Games are subject to availability.

Q: My child is under 10 years old. Can he or she play laser tag?
A: Our laser tag equipment is designed for teens and adults, and is too large for many children to handle. If you feel your child can and must play, they can play, if and only if after a walk thru, the owner determines that it is okay, but laser tag is not recommended for children under age 10. They must be able to understand instructions and follow safety rules, as well as wear and carry the equipment by themselves. The general release form must be signed by a parent. Additionally, they will be playing with the general public and will not receive special treatment. Most participants in the game will be of adult age, and all players are expected to follow the rules, regardless of age. In addition, children under age 10 must be accompanied by a paying and playing parent or legal guardian. Older siblings do not fall into the category of guardian. Please be aware that there are NO REFUNDS on “scaredy cats”.

Q: I'm bringing my kids to play laser tag. Do I have to play?
A: Children under age 10 must always be accompanied by a paying and playing parent or legal guardian. Older children may play without a parent, but parents are greatly encouraged to play! After all, the game is designed for teenagers and adults. Plus, zapping your children is always a great stress reliever!

Q: Can I leave my children unattended?
A: Children under age 12 cannot be "dropped off". They must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (older siblings do not fall into this category). Children under age 10 can only play laser tag with a paying and playing parent or legal guardian. We are not responsible for lost or stolen children, regardless of age.

Q: Can I bring in food/drink?
A: Absolutely no outside food or drink is allowed, with the exception of food for pre-scheduled birthday parties using a party room. Otherwise, if you can consume it, you cannot bring it in. For safety reasons, chewing gum is strongly discouraged.

Q: Are there group rates available?
A: The game price applies to every player, regardless of how many other players they are associated with. No discounted rates are available.

Q: Can I come in and just play arcade games?
A: Sure! The games require tokens to play. There is a token machine in the arcade. You will get four tokens for a dollar. Game prices run from 1 to 3 tokens per game, depending on the game.

A: No. Smoking, dipping, chewing, etc. is not allowed. Lazer X is a tobacco-free, alcohol-free, profanity-free environment. Anyone caught using tobacco products inside our facility will be asked to leave. Please smoke outside and away from the front doors so that your smoke does not travel inside.
