Wristbands and game tickets are nontransferable. This means they can only be used by the original wristband wearer, and only during the timeslot stated on the wristband on the date purchased. Wristband holders may only hold one game ticket at any time. Pass is valid 1 hour (or 90 minutes if Wristband Plus) from the time purchased (example: a pass purchased at 5 p.m. is good until 6 p.m.), unless purchased less than one hour before closing time, in which case it is good only until closing time. Removing the wristband voids the pass. Management reserves the right to limit the size of games and player participation. There are no guarantees on number of games played. Once purchased, there are no refunds; no exceptions. This offer is subject to change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, which means they cannot be "dropped off". Additionally, children under age 10 must have a parent or legal guardian purchase a wristband for themselves, and must be in the arena with the child. Older siblings are not guardians.
